I am a design practitioner with experience managing the design process for clients and teammates, as well as a leading the design efforts for strategy, information architecture, and research. I currently work at UPMC Health Plan as a Senior UX Designer where I lead a team working to improve several portals for members, brokers, providers, and employers.

With my background in consulting, I have designed strategies and interfaces for a variety of products including mobile, tablet, web, embedded and ambient displays. With a focus on human-centered design, I bring experience in information and interaction design, prototyping, design strategy, and design research methods to my projects.
